The apartment accommodates up to 6 people and has a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 singles and a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts, a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom with tub and parking.
From the large balcony you can enjoy wonderful breakfasts and unforgettable sunsets. The area is well served and is very close to the main towns (Riva di Solto, Lovere, Sarnico).
The apartment is on the third floor without a lift.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged subject to availability at no extra charge.
Included in the price
- Bed linen and towels for each person accommodated.
- Coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, shampoo and shower gel kit.
- Cot and stool: please request when making your reservation.
- For stays of one week we also provide an additional set of towels for each person.
- Final cleaning of the apartment.
- For long stays (over 10 days) we also provide cleaning upon request, at no extra cost.
Municipal residence tax
For overnight stays from April to October, the current rate will be applied as per the municipal resolution.
The tourist tax is € 1 per day per guest with exemption for children under 14 for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

Pets allowed in the following apartments: Bella Vista, Dolce Vista, Blue Apartment.
Please indicate the presence of pets when making your reservation.
Deposit and damage deposit
No deposit is required to make a reservation.
The payment of the reservation will be made directly in the structure upon arrival.
You will not be required to pay a deposit for any damages. However, please report if anything breaks.
