Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged subject to availability at no extra charge.
Included in the price
- Bed linen and towels for each person accommodated.
- Coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, shampoo and shower gel kit.
- Cot and stool: please request when making your reservation.
- For stays of one week we also provide an additional set of towels for each person.
- Final cleaning of the apartment.
- For long stays (over 10 days) we also provide cleaning upon request, at no extra cost.
Municipal residence tax
For overnight stays from April to October, the current rate will be applied as per the municipal resolution.
The tourist tax is € 1 per day per guest with exemption for children under 14 for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Animals
Pets allowed in the following apartments: Bella Vista, Dolce Vista, Blue Apartment.
Please indicate the presence of pets when making your reservation.
Deposit and damage deposit
No deposit is required to make a reservation.
The payment of the reservation will be made directly in the structure upon arrival.
You will not be required to pay a deposit for any damages. However, please report if anything breaks.
Apartments and holiday homes for rent on Lake Iseo and in Val Camonica
You can choose between apartments on the hills with a breathtaking view of Lake Iseo and apartments in the mountains in Borno and Castione della Presolana in Valcamonica near the ski resorts.

Borno, a pretty village in Val Camonica (Brescia), located at about 900 meters above sea level, is a really pleasant place to spend your summer holidays, as well as your winter ones. Borno offers immense meadows and woods where you can practice numerous activities, such as trekking, horse riding, bicycle or mountain-bike rides and, in winter, you can ski or go for walks with the famous "ciaspole".
